- Buses will be available at Palais des Congres Dbayeh at 7:00 am for those who registered for this option free of charge

- Make sure you get to the race one hour before the time wave you registered for.
- First wave will be launched at 10:00 am Sharp
- Waves will be launched every 15 minutes
- Be dressed with the proper attire to crawl, rope climb, run and get wet.
